In addition, each of our staff members has personally undertaken to observe the confidentiality rules set out in the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz), and to preserve banking secrecy. Compliance with data protection rules is monitored by our Internal Audit department, and by our Data Protection Officer. This Privacy Statement has been updated in April 2013. Further updates may be required from time to time to adapt any changes in the legal framework, or to reflect modifications related to technical progress, or the methods or processes used.
