Multicash
The Multicash software is the standard solution for electronic data interchange between all German banks. Multicash facilitates the secure recording and transfer of payment instruction data in standard data formats, as well as the processing and analysis of your electronic account information.
Multiweb
Using Java applets, this solution allows payments to be instructed and settled over the internet, irrespective of platform and location, plus account information online. Although the Multiweb design and functionality is specific to each bank, the BCS (Banking Communication Standard) security features are based on technology also used in Multicash. Accordingly, Multiweb can also be used in conjunction with Multicash.
MultiwebPortal
MultiwebPortal is the replacement of our successful, internet-capable Electronic Banking System Multiweb. The installation of a software package is not necessary. All data remain in the secure environment of the bank. Compared to Multiweb the functional range was considerably enhanced.
Multiweb Professional
As an alternative to Multicash, HSBC Trinkaus offers this client-server, multibank electronic banking solution that is designed to handle payments for several entities. Browser-based clients provide a user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation. The system architecture allows decentralised recording of payment instructions via the internet/intranet, together with a distributed electronic signature function, irrespective of location.
PIN and iTAN
You can conveniently use the traditional form of online banking by means of a PIN (indexed identification number) and a list of iTANs (indicated transaction numbers) via our homepage. You do not require any further software installations for this. You can find the service under the address:

FinTS
FinTS is the abbreviation for Financial Transaction Services, a bank-independent standard platform for online banking in Germany. This standard allows the usage of commercially available online banking software to exchange data with HSBC Trinkaus and nearly all other German banks.
Diskettes, USB-sticks, chipcards or also PIN and iTAN can be used as security media at present.
