Corporate Access
The module Corporate Access at HSBC in Germany is paving the way for Corporates to the most important groups of investors in Germany and abroad. Based on our international network at the HSBC Group, we are looking for appropriate investors worldwide organising Roadshows not only in Europe but also in North America and Asia.
For the optimal marketing of shares we offer, besides Roadshows, sector specific conferences and field trips. Especially field trips, also known as "Reverse Road Shows", are highly accredited by institutional investors. Thus investors have the opportunity of a facility visit as well as talks to the management on sight. Events of that kind are mostly used to acquire the trust of investors aiming for a mutual long-lasting relationship. Therefore, Corporate Access is contributing to successful transactions in the capital market as well as Block Trades. Overall we are responsible for approximately 300 Roadshows per year in addition to conferences and field trips.
