Corporate Governance
HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG's Corporate Governance Code lays down the principles of responsible company management and company monitoring which the Management Board and Supervisory Board have stipulated as binding in themselves. It integrates the recommendations of the "German Corporate Governance Code by the Government Commission" and at the same times takes the corporate culture of our Bank into consideration. Furthermore, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG's Corporate Governance Code also includes special features in accordance with company law and the Articles of Association.
In accordance with Section 161 German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) our Management Board and Supervisory Board announce each year to what extent the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code by the Government Commission have been and are being complied with. We also report on specific deviations in our Annual Report.
