As a trainee with us you can expand the horizons of your area of responsibility from the beginning on. You work on a hands-on basis and move between selected departments of the Bank during a period of twelve months as a rule. We make sure that you are deployed individually and flexibly in accordance with your strengths in an optimum way.
Success through variety
During your trainee programme we offer you the chance to also work abroad. You have the opportunity to work for several weeks in the HSBC Group, for example in Paris or London and - alternatively or in addition - to participate in international training and development programmes.
Our in-house training on topics such as presentation, rhetoric, communication as well as management and personality development will be of major assistance to you in your future assignments.
