Staff development
Advance training is geared towards our employees' requirements. For example, we offer product and subject-specific seminars and training programmes as well as leadership and soft skills training. We organise needs-oriented presentation and communication seminars, foreign language and IT training or special coaching. The Bank also promotes occupational study and training courses, for example at universities or bank academies, as well as specialist advances training programmes such as CFA, CFP, DVFA or CEP.
As a member of the HSBC network, our junior staff, specialists and senior management benefit from the opportunities presented by a globally operating group. We also offer international advance training programmes including soft skill training and specialist seminars which take place in an intercultural environment at various locations of the HSBC Group throughout the world.
