The acting persons at a glance
The Bank is managed jointly by the five members of the Management Board of HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG. Supervision of executives managing Group subsidiaries is carried out by the relevant Supervisory Board, Board of Directors and Advisory Board, the members of which can be found in the current Annual Report.
The Management Board members are supported by an Executive Committee.
The Supervisory Board takes on all rights and obligations assigned to it by law.
The Management Board and Supervisory Board are supported in an advisory capacity by the Advisory Board.
