Overview of the group
Group structure
The HSBC Trinkaus Group comprises a group of 17 active companies. The parent company is stock corporation HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt.
The Bank is managed jointly by the four members of the Management Board. Supervision of executives managing Group subsidiaries is carried out by the relevant Supervisory Board, Board of Directors and Advisory Board, the members of which can be found in the current Annual Report.
All companies are managed within the scope of an overall strategy without affecting the legal independence of the subsidiaries.
Business divisions
Notwithstanding their joint overall responsibility, all four Management Board members are also assigned individual responsibility for specific business areas and central functions.
The Management Board members are supported by an Executive Committee.
The assignment of responsibilities applies not only to the parent company and its branches, but also to the operations of its subsidiaries.
